2 bedroom at Sage Condos Austin - South Austin condo is a local realtor at Prudential Texas Realty. I’m looking at Sage condos, a modern contemporary condo off Lamar. This condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2 car garage. I'm comparing it to the cardinal condominiums.

On this video, I'm looking at the 2nd floor where they have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living area and 1/2 bath is on the 3rd floor. Prices start in low $300's. No pool or outdoor spaces.

Green home features at Swanee 21 - Solar Panels partially pay for the HOA. is a local realtor at Prudential Texas Realty. Swanee 21, a modern contemporary condo with some roof top decks looking at tree tops. Imagine buying one of these and finishing them off to add more sellable square feet.

We'll spend a lot of time showing where and how the solar panels work with the outdoor living spaces and how that power savings will offset energy costs.
