Bridges on the Park - 210 Lee Barton, Austin, TX 78704 - South Austin condos
When you drive by the Bridges on the Park, the "sold banners" leave you with the feeling that everything is gone but that is not true. I visited today and got the scoop that 40 units are left.
Here is the kitchen and bath layouts but there are a lot of upgrades so don't expect all of this to come in at the modest $400 a sq. ft. entry price.
What I like bets about the project - great location by Hike and Bike Trail.

The best location and square-footage value for the price. Close to Zilker Park, across the street from the Lady Bird Hike&Bike trail, 5-minute walk to the new Long Performing Arts Center, new Town Lake park with a water feature for the kids next door. Great pool with a hot tub and a grill, shopping downstairs with a coffee shop and a smoothie bar.
Love the design of the unit with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
We have been extremely happy living in our 2-bedroom unit.
